What a private transfer actually is
The first hour in a country sets the tone for the trip. Cairo airport at 2am, after a ten-hour flight, is not where you want to be learning the going rate to your hotel. A private transfer removes the whole negotiation: a named driver is already waiting past the baggage hall, holding a board with your name, in a car whose price was agreed before you left home.
We run transfers in the six cities most trips actually use – Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Marsa Alam – with drivers our offices know by name. The driver watches your flight, so an early landing or a three-hour delay changes nothing: someone is there when you walk out. It's the least glamorous part of a trip and the one that goes wrong most often, which is exactly why we don't hand it to a rank outside the terminal.

Private Transfer from Luxor to Marsa Alam
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor to Marsa Alam, with the vehicle sized to your group and a driver for the one-way journey. A transfer representative provides meet-and-assist support. This service connects two destinations in Upper Egypt and the Red Sea region; it is transport only, not a sightseeing tour. The journey takes about 4.5–5 hours, from your Luxor hotel or Nile cruise to your hotel in Marsa Alam. Gratuities, entrance fees and sightseeing are not included.
Private Transfer from Luxor Train Station to Al Moudira Hotel
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor Train Station to Al Moudira Hotel on Luxor’s West Bank. A driver provides the one-way transfer in a vehicle sized for your group, and a transfer representative meets and assists you at the station. This service connects the train station directly with the hotel; it does not include sightseeing or entrance fees. The journey takes about 30–40 minutes by road. Gratuities are not included.
Private Transfer from Luxor to El Quseir
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor to El Quseir, a Red Sea town on Egypt’s eastern coast. The one-way service includes a driver and a transfer representative to assist with the pickup. Your vehicle is sized to your group. Unlike a shared coach service, this transfer is private to your party. The drive takes about 3.5–4 hours by road across the Eastern Desert.
Private Transfer from Luxor to Esna
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor to Esna with a driver, with a meet-and-assist representative arranged for your transfer. The vehicle is sized to your group, so you travel together rather than sharing with other passengers. This is a one-way transfer between the two locations, not a sightseeing tour; entrance fees and sightseeing are not included. Pickup is from your Luxor hotel or Nile cruise, with drop-off at your hotel or cruise mooring in Esna; the journey takes about 1 hour by road. Gratuities are also excluded.
Luxor Airport to Al Moudira Hotel Private Arrival Transfer
Travel by private vehicle from Luxor International Airport to Al Moudira Hotel on Luxor’s West Bank. A transfer representative meets you at arrivals, then our driver takes your group to the hotel. The vehicle is sized to your group. The drive takes about 30–40 minutes by road. Share your flight number when you book. This is a direct arrival transfer, not a sightseeing service; entrance fees and gratuities are not included.
Private Aswan to Hurghada Intercity Transfer
Travel by private vehicle from your Aswan hotel or Nile cruise to Hurghada with a one-way intercity transfer arranged by a licensed Egyptian tour operator. The journey takes approximately seven hours, depending on road conditions, stops and the exact pickup and drop-off points. A transfer representative is included to assist with the journey, and luggage is covered in the service. Unlike a shared coach transfer, a private vehicle is reserved for your party. This service operates daily and connects Upper Egypt with the Red Sea coast without adding a sightseeing programme. Please confirm your preferred pickup time and the name of your accommodation or cruise before travel.
Cairo Airport (CAI) to Giza (Cairo) Hotel Arrival Transfer
Aswan Hotel/Cruise to Aswan Airport Transfer
We provide private transfers from Aswan hotels or Nile cruise boats to Aswan International Airport (ASW), typically a 15–25 minute drive from central Aswan. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator, we meet you at your hotel lobby or the cruise gangway with a named driver and a name card. We do not run mass-coach transfers; every vehicle serves only your booking, unlike many cruise-collection shuttles. If your pickup is from a moored cruise, allow an additional 20–40 minutes for tendering, dock formalities and luggage transfer. We provide sedans for singles and couples and MPVs or minivans for larger groups; early-morning or late-night flights may carry a surcharge. We assist with porterage and airport check-in guidance, but airline check-in times and security queues remain outside our control.
Private Transfer: Hurghada to Luxor
Private door-to-door transfer from Hurghada to Luxor, approximately 290 km and 3.5–4 hours by road. We pick up from Hurghada hotels or Hurghada International Airport (HRG) and drop you at central Luxor addresses. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and provide an English-speaking driver, luggage assistance, and insured vehicles. We do not run shared coach transfers; every booking is private and follows a direct route. Unlike scheduled shuttles or flights, this is a single, uninterrupted road transfer without check-in queues. Trade-offs: the drive crosses long desert highway stretches and standard sedans have limited luggage space–book a minivan for three or more adults or heavy bags.

01How much is an airport transfer in Egypt?+
Less than the uncertainty of sorting it on arrival. Fares are fixed and quoted up front for the whole car, not per person – a Cairo airport-to-hotel transfer is a small fraction of a day's touring, and you know the figure before you fly. Send us your route and we'll price it exactly.
02What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight from the moment you book, so the driver's timing follows the plane – early, late or diverted. You won't pay extra for a delay that isn't your fault, and someone is still holding your name when you walk out.
03Will the driver meet me inside the airport?+
Yes. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, past passport control and baggage claim, holding a board with your name. It's a proper meet-and-greet, not a kerbside pickup or a pin dropped on a map.
04Are your drivers English-speaking?+
Our airport drivers speak working English – enough to greet you, confirm your hotel and handle the basics. They're vetted by the local office, drive licensed air-conditioned cars, and know the city rather than just following a sat-nav.
05Can you do transfers between cities or to a Nile cruise?+
Yes. As well as airport runs we cover hotel-to-hotel, hotel-to-cruise-dock and resort-to-resort transfers – Luxor airport straight to your ship's gangway, or Hurghada across to a Nile cruise port. Tell us the two points and we'll fix the fare.
06Do you have child seats and larger vehicles?+
Both. Child and booster seats are free on request – just tell us the ages. For families and groups we send a minivan or a small coach instead of a sedan, priced the same fixed way, so the whole party and the luggage travel together.
