1. 01 What does the Aswan Airport to hotel/cruise transfer include?

   The transfer includes a private car, meet-and-greet at Aswan International Airport, and drop-off at your hotel or cruise terminal. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and provide bottled water and assistance with standard luggage. If you need help with SIM cards, local currency, or cruise check-in coordination, we arrange that on request.
2. 02 How will I find my driver at Aswan International Airport?

   Our driver meets you inside arrivals holding a printed name card with your lead guest name. We monitor your flight and will change the meeting point if you pass through passport control or arrive at the domestic terminal. The driver’s mobile number is on your transfer confirmation so you can call or message if needed.
3. 03 What happens if my flight to Aswan is delayed?

   We monitor international and domestic flight arrivals and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge within reasonable waiting windows. Immigration and baggage delays do extend the wait time; exceptionally late arrivals may require a supplemental driver-hour charge, which we will advise before any extra cost. If your flight is canceled, we assist with rescheduling the transfer and coordinating new arrival details.

If you have oversized or unusually heavy items, tell us when you book so we can provide an appropriate vehicle and team.
6. 06 Do you provide child car seats for the transfer?

   Child seats and booster seats are available on request; please request them at booking. Egyptian vehicles typically carry forward-facing seats; availability depends on fleet stock and we will confirm at booking. If we cannot supply the exact seat you prefer, we will advise alternatives or recommend bringing a compliant restraint.
7. 07 How much should I tip the driver?

   Tipping is discretionary; drivers commonly receive small cash tips in Egyptian pounds for good service. If you prefer to pre-arrange or include gratuities on your booking, tell us and we will note that on your confirmation. For baggage assistance, guests typically tip the driver directly at the end of the transfer.
