1. 01 How do you pick up guests from an Aswan Nile cruise to catch the train?

   We meet you at your cruise gangway or at your hotel reception with a driver holding a name card. Confirm your cruise docking plan and expected disembarkation time with us in advance; port security may require ID and a boarding pass. If your cruise tenders passengers, allow extra time for the tender and a short walk to the vehicle. We coordinate directly with the ship timetable on the day to avoid missed trains.
2. 02 What luggage limits apply on transfers to Aswan Train Station?

   Luggage limits depend on the vehicle booked; please tell us the number and size of bags when booking. We will advise the appropriate vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) and confirm space before dispatching the driver. Our drivers assist with loading and unloading, but oversized items or large groups may require a larger vehicle. Any requirement for additional vehicles or special handling is confirmed and charged before travel.

   Transfers can be private or shared; tell us your preference when booking. Private transfers reserve a vehicle only for your party and allow direct routing and minimal stops. Shared transfers may involve short wait times while collecting other guests and limited ability to adjust pick-up times. We will state the transfer type clearly in your confirmation so there are no surprises on arrival day.
4. 04 Do you help with boarding the Aswan train and handling luggage on the platform?

   We assist with luggage and escort you to the train platform if time and station procedures allow. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator, our drivers carry identification and will coordinate with station staff, but platform access can be controlled by Egyptian National Railways. We do not issue train tickets or reserve seats unless specifically arranged in advance. Porter tips and any railway fees are not included unless stated.
5. 05 Can you arrange early-morning or late-night transfers to Aswan Train Station?

   Yes; we can arrange transfers at early-morning or late-night hours with prior notice. Night or out-of-hours pickups may require an adjusted meeting point and a surcharge depending on local driver availability. We confirm the driver's contact details the evening before and recommend allowing additional time for port or station security checks during off-hours. Please give us as much advance notice as possible.
6. 06 How much notice do you need to book a transfer from my Aswan hotel or cruise?

   Book transfers as soon as you have confirmed train times and cruise docking details. We recommend at least 24 hours' notice to secure the right vehicle and coordinate gangway or hotel pick-up. Same-day requests are sometimes possible but depend on local availability and ship schedules. Provide your train booking reference, cruise name, and exact cabin or hotel details so we can confirm the transfer without delay.
