How we think about a hotel
A hotel is where a trip is quietly won or lost. It's the one place you return to every night, and the gap between a room over the Nile and a room over the car park almost never shows in the listing photo. We book hotels the way we'd book our own: by walking the floors, opening the windows and eating the breakfast before we put a single guest in the building.
Because we work inside Egypt – offices, contracts going back to 1988 – we hold net rates directly with the properties: the price a hotel gives the trade, not the public screen price. You can book a hotel on its own, or let us thread it through a full itinerary so the transfer, the cruise and the guide all meet in the right lobby at the right hour.

Cairo & Giza
Pyramid-view rooms on the Giza plateau, or a quieter base in Zamalek by the river. Twenty minutes apart, two completely different mornings.
Luxor
Nile-view hotels on the East Bank, a short walk from Karnak's evening light. Wake on the side of the river the sun rises over.
Aswan
The gentlest city on the Nile. Old-Cataract grandeur above the rapids, or a Nubian guesthouse on the west bank with feluccas at the door.
Hurghada
The main Red Sea resort city – large beachfront hotels, Sahl Hasheesh and Soma Bay south, El Gouna north. House-reef resorts where the snorkelling starts at the end of the pier.

We do not run large coach groups here; we allocate rooms and transfers privately so arrivals are calmer and more flexible. We arrange private transfers, tailor-made snorkel excursions on the Red Sea, and in-resort requests such as room location or early dinners. Trade-off: the resort pace favors relaxation, so guests wanting Hurghada’s downtown nightlife will need a short taxi each evening. Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort
We arrange a one-day stay at Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort in Giza with access to the hotel's on-site golf course. The property sits outside central Cairo, so transfers are included; our drivers meet you at arrivals with a name card and handle luggage. We recommend this hotel when clients want a quieter overnight close to the Giza Plateau and space to relax after travel; we avoid booking it when immediate downtown access to the Egyptian Museum is required. We prefer this property for groups that value quieter grounds and direct vehicle access; unlike congested city-center hotels, transfers to central Cairo typically take 40–60 minutes by car depending on traffic. Trade-offs: it is not within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum or Khan el-Khalili, and evening peak traffic can extend transfer times. We can combine Helnan Dream nights with private tours or onward transfers to Giza, Luxor, or Aswan.
Novotel 6 October, 6th of October City (Cairo)
We arrange stays at Novotel 6 October in 6th of October City, west of central Cairo. We use this hotel when clients need straightforward access to Mall of Egypt, local business districts, or suburban meetings. Unlike hotels on the Nile or in downtown Cairo, Novotel 6 October is outside the central museum and pyramid neighbourhoods, so transfers to the Egyptian Museum, Khan el-Khalili, or the Giza Plateau typically take 35–60 minutes by car depending on traffic. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator, we add private transfers and timed pickups for early starts. Trade-off: quieter suburban location and easier parking, but longer daily drives for central sightseeing.
Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort, Hurghada
Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort sits on Hurghada’s Red Sea shore; we book rooms, transfers and day trips from the marina. We don't include this resort in rushed Nile circuits; we sell it as a beach complement to desert or Luxor visits. Compared with small Hurghada guesthouses, resort bookings centralize logistics: one transfer, one invoice, and excursions bookable through our office. Pros: straightforward airport transfers and easy access to snorkel and dive departures. Cons: busiest in July–August, limited beach shade at midday, and pool areas can be noisy. Unlike cruise-ship day trips, staying in town lets you reach the Luxor West Bank before cruise-boat crowds and return for mid-afternoon rest. Trade-offs: city-centre access shortens transfers but some rooms have limited Nile views and traffic noise is possible after midnight; request a Nile-view room or a higher floor when you book.
Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada
Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada sits on Hurghada’s Red Sea coast; we book rooms and arrange private transfers, diving, and snorkel trips. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and operate on-the-ground support from our Hurghada office. We do not run large coach-group beach packages; instead we coordinate private or small-group water activities with local dive centres so you receive formal briefings and smaller dive teams. Expect the resort to be busiest during Egyptian and European high seasons, and limited shade on the main beach at midday. Room rates typically exclude gratuities and optional dives; we can add those services on request.

Egypt hotels, answered
01 Can I book a hotel in Egypt without booking a tour? +
Yes. We book hotels on their own, with or without a wider itinerary. Plenty of guests start with a hotel and a couple of transfers, then add a guide or a day tour once they've arrived. Tell us the city and dates and we'll send options at our net rate.
02 Are your hotel rates cheaper than booking online? +
Often, and rarely more. We hold net trade rates negotiated directly with the properties – the same ones the public booking sites mark up. Where an online price is genuinely lower, we'll say so and book it that way. The bigger saving is usually the hotel that's better placed for the same money.
03 Are the Giza pyramid-view rooms worth the premium? +
For a night or two, for most people, yes – waking to the pyramids over breakfast is part of why you came. They cost more, and the rooms are sometimes older than newer hotels in the city. We'll tell you which specific property earns the premium and which is selling the view alone.
04 What star ratings do you book? +
Everything from clean, well-run heritage guesthouses to 5-star Nile palaces and Red Sea resorts. Egyptian star ratings are inconsistent, so we judge a property on the room, the location and the service rather than the badge on the door.
05 Is breakfast or an airport transfer included? +
Breakfast is included at almost every hotel we book, and we confirm it on your quote. Airport transfers are separate but simple to add – a private, flight-tracked meet-and-greet from the terminal to your hotel door.
06 Can you hold a room while I decide? +
Usually. Most properties allow a short option period before payment, longer in low season. Tell us you're close to deciding and we'll hold the specific room rather than the room type, so the Nile view doesn't get sold from under you.
