1. 01 How will I meet my driver at Cairo Airport (CAI)?

   Your driver will meet you in the international arrivals hall holding a name card with your name. We monitor your flight and adjust pickup if the scheduled time changes. Please clear passport control and collect luggage first; the driver waits in the arrivals hall. If you want a porter to meet you curbside, request this at booking and we will confirm availability and any fee.
2. 02 Is the transfer private or shared?

   This transfer is a private vehicle reserved only for your party. We do not operate shared airport shuttles; unlike large coach services, we route directly to your hotel. Tell us passenger and luggage totals so we supply an appropriate sedan, SUV, or minivan. Gratuities and premium services (child seats, extra wait) are extras unless stated.
3. 03 What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

   We monitor your scheduled flight and adjust the pickup time automatically for most delays. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked for a different day, contact us immediately so we can reconfirm driver availability; cancellation or rebooking fees may apply. Any extra waiting or after-hours charges will be confirmed in your booking details.
4. 04 Can you provide a child seat or assistance with heavy luggage?

   Yes – we can provide an approved child seat and porter assistance if you request them in advance. Specify child age/weight and the number of seats on booking so we reserve the correct equipment. Extra fees may apply; a standard sedan has limited boot space, so we may allocate an SUV or minivan where necessary.
5. 05 Are transfers available at night and during Ramadan?

   We operate transfers 24 hours a day, including late-night arrivals and during Ramadan. Traffic patterns and hotel front-desk hours can change during public holidays and Ramadan, so reconfirm your arrival and expected check-in time. If local road restrictions are in effect, we will confirm an alternate meeting point or adjusted pickup time.
6. 06 Do prices include airport parking, waiting time, and gratuities?

   Standard transfer rates cover the vehicle, driver, and airport meet-and-greet but exclude gratuities. Extended waiting, airport parking fees, or additional meet-and-assist services are charged extra and will be listed on your booking confirmation. If you add sightseeing stops en route, we will quote those separately.
