1. 01 How long does the transfer from Luxor to Hurghada take?

   Transfer duration varies with route, traffic, and stops; we provide a specific estimate after you give pickup and drop-off details. Tell us whether you prefer the desert highway route or coastal option and whether you want rest stops; that affects travel time. If you need a guaranteed arrival time for a flight or cruise, we will propose an earlier departure to allow margin for traffic and delays.
2. 02 Do you pick me up at Luxor International Airport?

   Yes – we pick up at Luxor International Airport or from any street address in Luxor. Please send your flight number and arrival time so we can monitor delays and adjust pickup. On arrival we can provide a meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall or meet you at your hotel lobby, depending on your preference.
3. 03 Can I book a shared shuttle between Luxor and Hurghada?

   We arrange private transfers rather than seat-in shared shuttles for this route. Unlike scheduled coach services, our transfers are door-to-door and can wait for reasonable delays, but private cars cost more than shared options. If you prefer a lower-cost seat-in service we can advise local providers, though we do not operate those shuttles ourselves.
4. 04 How much luggage can I bring on the Luxor to Hurghada transfer?

   Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected; tell us how many and the approximate sizes of your bags. For large items such as surfboards, dive cylinders, or oversized cases we need advance notice so we can allocate an appropriate vehicle. If you arrive with unexpected excess luggage we can upgrade the vehicle, subject to availability.
5. 05 Do you provide child seats for the Luxor to Hurghada transfer?

   Yes – child and booster seats are available if requested at booking. Please state the children’s ages and number of seats required so we can reserve the correct equipment. Multiple child seats may require a larger vehicle; notify us early to ensure availability.
6. 06 Is it safe to travel by road from Luxor to Hurghada at night?

   Roads between Luxor and Hurghada are used at all hours, but we recommend daytime travel when possible for visibility and services. The route passes long stretches with limited services after dark, so daytime departures give easier access to rest stops and help avoid nighttime roadside work. If you must travel at night, we assign experienced local drivers and suggest informing us of tight connection times so we can plan accordingly.
