Asked & answered
Frequent questions
01How does the price work for the city tour?
The price is per person for a seat in a shared minibus of up to 16 guests. It covers hotel transfers, the local guide and bottled water. Prices are provisional until our team confirms your request. Food, drinks, shopping and gratuities are paid separately by you on the day.02What time and where is the pickup?
Pickup is at 16:00 from hotels in Naama Bay, Sharks Bay, Nabq, Hadaba and the Old Market. Our team confirms the exact time once the request is accepted. Be ready in the lobby a few minutes early, as the minibus collects several hotels.03Can children join the city tour?
Children under 2 travel free, ages 2 to 11 pay half the adult price, and ages 12 and over pay the adult price. There is no minimum age for this tour, and the walking is easy. Children should dress modestly for the mosques and the cathedral, like adults.04What is the dress code for the mosques and cathedral?
Cover your shoulders and knees at all the religious sites, and bring a scarf for women to cover the hair at the mosques. You remove your shoes at the mosque entrances, so wear footwear that is easy to slip off. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not suitable.05Can I change or cancel my booking?
A full refund applies if you cancel at least 3 days ahead. Cancel between 3 days and 24 hours before and we refund half. Closer than 24 hours, or a no-show, is not refundable. Tell us as early as you can, because the refund depends on how many days remain before the trip starts.06Is this city tour private or shared?
It is shared. You travel with up to 16 guests in an air-conditioned minibus, with a local guide who speaks English. Everyone follows the same route and timings. At the Old Market and SOHO Square the group has free time, so you can explore on your own.
