Asked & answered

Frequent questions

  1. 01How is this private trip priced?
The price is per person, and it falls as the group grows, because the car and driver are shared among more people. It covers the transfers, the resort day-use entry and lunch. You see the exact price for your group size when you choose your date.
  2. 02How do I book this trip?
You can book it online and get instant confirmation. Choose your date and group size, add your hotel name, and pay at checkout. We confirm which resort you will use after you book.
  3. 03Which resort will we go to?
That depends on availability on your date. We confirm the resort after you book, and we do not promise any facility beyond the beach, the pool, sunbeds, changing rooms and lunch. If you have a strong preference, tell us when you book.
  4. 04Is there a guide on this trip?
No. This is a private car and driver, not a guided tour. The driver takes you there and back, and the resort staff look after you during the day. It is a day for rest rather than sightseeing.
  5. 05What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel three days or more before the trip, you get a full refund. If you cancel less than three days but more than 24 hours before, half is refunded. After that, or if you miss the pick-up, there is no refund.
  6. 06Is this trip private, or will others join us?
It is private. Only your own party rides in the car. The maximum party is 12 people, though the resort itself is a shared space with other day guests.

See the Egyptian Museum, Islamic Cairo and Khan el‑Khalili with a Cairo‑based Egyptologist and private car. We don't run group bus tours; we travel by private car and normally start at the museum to avoid the busiest afternoon hours. Standard site entrance fees are included unless stated otherwise. Your Egyptologist highlights key objects in the Egyptian Museum and then guides you through medieval streets and market passages in Islamic Cairo, explaining architecture and social history. Trade-offs: Khan el‑Khalili is lively and congested, with limited shade and uneven cobbles; comfortable shoes and sun protection are essential. We arrange hotel pickup and bottled water.

Coptic Cairo Half-Day TourCairo

Coptic Cairo Half-Day Tour

This private half-day tour visits Coptic Cairo's core sites: the Hanging Church, Church of St. Sergius (Abu Serga), Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Coptic Museum. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and provide a private guide and air-conditioned minivan with hotel pickup in central Cairo. We don't run group bus tours; our itineraries avoid coach arrivals and allow 45–60 minutes in the Coptic Museum. Unlike combined pyramid-and-Coptic half-days, this keeps focus on Old Cairo so each site is seen at a measured pace. Trade-offs: limited shade, modest dress is required for religious sites, and some churches have low ceilings and stairs. The tour lasts about 3–4 hours.
