   Pickup time is set at booking based on your flight time and recommended airport check‑in windows. For international departures we suggest a pickup that gets you to HRG two hours before departure, and for domestic flights about one hour. We monitor flights and can adjust pickup if your flight time changes, but confirm any hotel checkout requirements.
5. 05 How much luggage can I bring in the transfer?

   Standard private sedans typically carry two checked suitcases plus cabin bags; minivans carry more. Tell us the number and approximate size of suitcases at booking so we assign the correct vehicle. Oversize items or sports equipment may require an extra vehicle or incur additional charges.
6. 06 What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

   If your flight is delayed we monitor the new arrival time and reschedule your pickup accordingly. For extended delays or cancellations please contact our local team; prolonged waits or additional transfers may incur charges, which we will confirm before proceeding. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and keep local staff available to assist with rebooking or airport procedures.
