1. 01 How long is the transfer from Luxor Airport to Luxor downtown?

   Transfer time is typically 15–25 minutes depending on traffic. Peak traffic near the Nasser Road junction can add time during morning and late-afternoon windows. We monitor your flight and time the pickup to minimize waiting; after you land our driver will contact you if pickup point changes.
2. 02 Do you meet me inside Luxor Airport arrivals?

   Yes – our driver meets you in the arrivals hall holding a name card. We track your flight number and adjust for delays; please send your flight details when you book. If airport security restricts terminal access, we will meet you at the official curbside meeting point instead.
3. 03 Is this transfer private or shared?

   This transfer is private – the vehicle is reserved only for you and your party. We do not place guests on pooled shuttles for this product. Unlike fixed-schedule airport shuttles, our pickup is timed to your flight and monitored by our office.
4. 04 What vehicle will be used for the transfer?

   We assign an air-conditioned saloon, SUV, or minivan based on passenger number and luggage. The exact vehicle is confirmed on your booking voucher. Large groups or excess luggage may require a minivan or an additional vehicle, so tell us your luggage count at booking.
5. 05 Can you help with luggage and porterage?

   Yes – our driver assists with loading and unloading luggage between the terminal and the vehicle. Airport porter rules sometimes limit terminal access, in which case our driver will coordinate at the approved meeting point. Tipping for porterage is customary in Egypt.
6. 06 What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

   We monitor scheduled flights and change pickup times to match delays. If a flight is cancelled please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your transfer. Extended waiting or rebookings outside the original arrival window may incur additional charges; details are on your booking confirmation.
7. 07 Can you drop me at a hotel on Luxor West Bank?

   Yes – we can transfer you to hotels on both Luxor East Bank and West Bank. Crossing to the West Bank requires a Nile crossing and typically adds time compared with central Luxor drop-offs. Please give the hotel name and entrance instructions so our driver delivers you to the correct door.
