1. 01 How long is the transfer from Hurghada to Luxor?

   Driving time is typically 3.5–4 hours, covering roughly 290 kilometers by road. We operate private, door-to-door transfers rather than mass coach shuttles. Traffic, roadworks, or stops can add time; we schedule pickup windows to allow a comfortable margin.
2. 02 Do you pick up from Hurghada Airport or hotels?

   We pick up from Hurghada International Airport (HRG) and from Hurghada hotels or private villas. Your driver meets you in arrivals with a name card or at hotel reception and assists with luggage. If you land late, send flight details so we confirm waiting time.
3. 03 Is the transfer private or shared?

   We operate private, door-to-door transfers; shared shuttles are not our standard offering. Small groups travel in air-conditioned sedans; larger parties use minibuses. Request child seats when booking – we arrange them where available and confirm before travel.
4. 04 Can we stop en route between Hurghada and Luxor?

   Yes – short stops for toilets, refreshments, or photos can be arranged during private transfers. Longer sightseeing stops are possible but add driving time; desert roadside facilities are basic and shade is limited at midday. Tell us your preferred stop length when you book so we plan the schedule.
5. 05 Are site entrance fees or guides included in the transfer?

   No – the transfer covers transport only; site entrance fees and Egyptologists are excluded unless explicitly requested. We can arrange licensed Egyptologists and purchase entrance tickets for an additional fee and time. Note pyramid interior and premium tomb tickets are always separate.
6. 06 Is the Hurghada–Luxor road safe and suitable for elderly travelers?

   Main roads between Hurghada and Luxor are paved; our drivers are experienced on this route. The drive is several hours with limited medical services between towns, so we recommend daytime travel for older guests. If you have mobility or medical needs, tell us before booking so we can plan breaks and a suitable vehicle.
