   Transfer time varies by hotel location and local traffic; we confirm an estimated drive time when you book. We cannot give a single fixed duration without your hotel name. Coastal Hurghada hotels along the Marina and Sakkala district are typically nearer than hotels in Makadi Bay or Soma Bay; we state the estimated minutes in your booking confirmation.
2. 02 Will someone meet me at Hurghada Airport arrivals?

   Yes – our driver meets you in the arrivals hall holding a name card unless you request otherwise. As a licensed Egyptian tour operator we monitor your flight and update the driver if your arrival time changes. We send local contact details and pickup instructions with your confirmation so you can call or message the driver if needed.
3. 03 Is the transfer private or shared?

   You can choose private or shared transfer services when you book. Private transfers are door‑to‑door with only your party in the vehicle; shared transfers may include short stops for other passengers. Unlike large coach shuttle providers, we typically use private cars and minibuses, which reduces additional stops and saves time for small groups.
4. 04 Can you provide a child seat for the transfer?

   Yes – child seats are available on request; please request them at the time of booking. Availability depends on the vehicle type and number of seats required; specify the child’s age and weight so we can allocate the correct restraint. If you request a child seat after confirmation, we will try to source one but cannot guarantee last‑minute availability.
5. 05 What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

   We monitor your scheduled flight and adjust pickup for most delays; please inform us of cancellations as soon as possible. For long delays or cancellations we reschedule the transfer and confirm a new pickup time in writing. Extended waits or re‑bookings may incur additional charges under our booking terms; we list any applicable fees at reservation.
6. 06 Are gratuities, tolls, and parking included in the transfer price?

   The quoted transfer price typically covers the vehicle and driver; gratuities are not included unless noted. Tolls or parking fees are usually included but we confirm inclusions on your booking voucher. Tipping the driver is customary and normally paid locally in cash; if you prefer to prepay services we can note that at booking.
