Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival to Egypt the Land of Pharaohs
Arrive in Cairo. Meet and assist at the airport, transfer to your hotel (your accommodation). Enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight in Cairo.
Tour to the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum
Breakfast at hotel (your accommodation). Guided tour of Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Valley Temple, Grand Egyptian Museum, and Egyptian Museum. Lunch included. Evening flight to Aswan, overnight at hotel (your accommodation).
Tour to The Temples of Abu Simbel
Breakfast and check-out. Private guided excursion to Abu Simbel Temples. Lunch in Aswan. Transfer by train to Luxor. Overnight at hotel (your accommodation) in Luxor.
Explore Luxor Famous Attractions
Breakfast at hotel (your accommodation). Visit Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Karnak Temple. Lunch included. Evening flight to Cairo, overnight at hotel (your accommodation).

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.

Travel & Accessibility
- Lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended.
- A light jacket is useful in winter months or for early morning tours.
- Moderate walking is required at archaeological sites; some paths may include stairs or uneven ground.
- While most sites are accessible, travelers with mobility concerns should contact us prior to booking.
- We can provide support or adjustments based on accessibility needs with advance notice.
Meals & Customization
- Meals are not included unless stated in your selected itinerary.
- Optional lunch arrangements can be added upon request.
- This land-only tour is ideal for travelers who prefer to arrange their own accommodation and dining.

Transportation & Optional Activities
- All ground transportation is provided in private, air-conditioned vehicles unless otherwise noted.
- Your tour includes an English-speaking licensed Egyptologist guide for all scheduled visits.
- Entrance fees to all listed sites are included unless specified otherwise.
- Optional excursions such as Abu Simbel or Hot Air Balloon rides can be added before or during the tour.
Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation
- Prices are quoted in USD per person, based on a minimum of two participants.
- Peak season surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays.
- Children under 2: free of charge (no separate seat).
- Children 2–5.99: pay 25% of adult price; Children 6–11.99: pay 50% when sharing with parents.
- Children 12+: pay full adult rate and may require their own seat or arrangements.
