The hotel has step-free access from the main Corniche El Nil entrance to the lobby via a ramp, and public areas are served by elevators. Some historic areas nearby have uneven pavements and narrow sidewalks, so outdoor movement may be bumpy for wheelchair users. We can request a ground-floor or accessible room with widened doorway and roll-in shower or grab rails when available; please request at booking so we can confirm. The pool is accessed by a few shallow steps; there is no guaranteed pool lift. Transfer vehicles we arrange include standard sedans and minibuses, which may not accommodate larger wheelchairs without advance notice.
