The hotel is on the Nile Corniche with level access from the main street into the lobby, but expect steps and uneven paving around the pool terrace. Public areas, the rooftop bar and the main restaurant have level access, while several Nile-facing rooms are reached via one or two short flights of stairs. The property does not list a lift in all room blocks, so guests with reduced mobility should request a ground-floor or lift-access room at booking. Wheelchair users can access the front desk and main restaurant, but some outdoor areas and the spa have thresholds and narrow doorways. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and can request specific room allocations, mobility equipment rental, or help with advance notice.
