1. 01 How do I meet my driver at Sharm El Sheikh Airport?

   Your driver waits in arrivals holding a name card and escorts you to the vehicle. We monitor your flight and adjust pickup if there are delays; after passport control your driver will be at the designated arrivals hall or kerb depending on the terminal. For large groups or special assistance we liaise with airport staff; please send your airline and flight number when you book. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator and supply local drivers who know Sharm El Sheikh International Airport procedures.
2. 02 How long is the transfer from Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Naama Bay?

   Typical transfer time to Naama Bay is about 15–25 minutes depending on traffic. Travel time varies by hotel location within Sharm El Sheikh and by seasonal traffic; Ras Nasrani and more remote resorts can take longer. We recommend allowing extra time if you have a tight connection or evening reservations. Unlike shared shuttles, our private transfers go direct to your hotel without intermediate drop-offs.
3. 03 Is the transfer private or shared?

   This product is a private transfer direct from the airport to your hotel. Unlike scheduled shared shuttles, we do not make multiple stops or wait for other passengers. A private vehicle and driver meet you in arrivals and take you straight to your hotel address in Sharm El Sheikh. If you prefer a shared shuttle instead, tell us and we can quote that as an alternative.
4. 04 Can you accommodate late-night or early-morning arrivals?

   Yes – we can arrange pickups outside typical hours if you provide your flight details. We monitor flight times and airport operations but please tell us if your flight arrives very late or very early so we can confirm driver availability. In some cases an after-hours surcharge may apply; we will state this at booking. For overnight arrivals expect limited services at the airport terminal compared with daytime hours.
5. 05 Do you provide child seats or extra luggage space?

   Child seats and larger vehicles are available on request at the time of booking. Tell us the child’s age/weight and the number of large suitcases so we can allocate the correct vehicle. We cannot guarantee last-minute requests at the airport, so please request these services when you confirm your transfer. If you travel with sports equipment or oversized bags, advise us in advance for vehicle recommendations.
6. 06 What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

   We monitor your scheduled flight and usually adjust pickup times when delays occur. For long delays or cancellations notify us with your updated flight number so we can reassign the driver; prolonged waits or rebookings may incur additional charges. If a flight is cancelled and you need an onward transfer on a different day, we will rebook subject to vehicle availability. For visa questions on arrival, check your embassy guidance; we can provide local advice but do not issue visas.
