2. 02 Where will the driver meet me at my hotel?

3. 03 What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

   Provide your scheduled flight number and we will monitor for delays or early arrivals. If the flight is delayed we adjust pickup time; substantial schedule changes may incur an extra charge. If a flight is canceled we help rebook the transfer or advise alternative transport; contact details are on your confirmation.
4. 04 Can I add a stop on the way to the airport?

   Short additional stops can be arranged but must be requested when you book. Stops extend travel time and, depending on airport check-in times and traffic, may incur an extra fee or be declined. We will confirm feasibility and any extra cost before you travel.
5. 05 Are child seats or booster seats available for the transfer?

   Child seats and boosters are available on request and must be requested at booking. Tell us ages or weights so we can supply the correct seat. Availability is limited in high season; if you request a seat after booking we may need extra time to source one or apply a supplement.
6. 06 How do I pay and what are the cancellation terms?

   Payment methods and cancellation terms are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Unlike many hotel desk shuttles, we confirm vehicle type and driver details in advance. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can reassign the vehicle or advise whether charges apply.
