“The booking was seamless with Mr Hassan. Our guide was Mr Waleed who was so hospitable and accommodative. We had an unforgettable tour of the pyramids, saqqara, Memphis and the Egyptian museum. Never rushed. Everything was well explained and we had a lot of time to take it all in. We also went to the Imhotep museum by saqarra. The lunch which was included was amazing local food. We also did the pyramids light show in the evening which was well worth it. The entire experience was good value and I would recommend them for a good holiday in Cairo”

“Hesham Mansour was great. He has a lot of experience and also a lot of knowledge to share. Learning with him is fun and he planned the schedule ahead so there’s nothing to worry about during your holidays. He will also text you the schedule a day ahead as a reminder so you can prepare for the adventure. He knows what he is doing and is always taking care of everyone, he will adjust the plans if needed in case the weather conditions are not ideal. He will also teach you how to bargain and will make sure you’re not being scammed. I had a great time and learned a lot with him. He is the best tour guide!”

02Perché solo 38 recensioni dopo 38 anni di attività?
Perché da sempre la maggior parte dei nostri clienti arriva con il passaparola o torna a viaggiare con noi, e questo succedeva molto prima che esistessero Tripadvisor e Google. Solo di recente abbiamo iniziato a chiedere ai viaggiatori, a fine viaggio, di lasciare una recensione. Il numero sta crescendo, ma preferiamo mostrarvi 38 recensioni autentiche piuttosto che gonfiarlo con qualcosa che non possiamo sostenere.
03Perché il punteggio su Google è più basso di quello su Tripadvisor?
Su Google siamo a 4,1, su Tripadvisor a 5,0. Pubblichiamo entrambi i dati e ne facciamo una media onesta, 4,6, invece di far sparire in silenzio quello più basso. Un punteggio perfetto ovunque di solito significa che qualcuno sta selezionando. Un operatore reale riceve ogni tanto una recensione da 3 stelle e la lascia dov'è.
04Posso lasciare una recensione dopo il viaggio?
Sì, e ve ne siamo grati: per una piccola azienda egiziana conta più di quanto pensiate. Trovate entrambe le piattaforme in cima a questa pagina. Per noi una recensione sincera, positiva o critica, vale più di un elogio che abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte.
05Rispondete alle recensioni negative?
Sì, pubblicamente sulla piattaforma e firmandoci. Quando qualcosa non va come dovrebbe, preferiamo rispondere apertamente piuttosto che nasconderlo. Sui nostri profili Google e Tripadvisor potete vedere come gestiamo le recensioni meno positive.
