Booking and Payment

Charges range from 25% to 100% of the tour price depending on the notice period: Between 40 and 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price Between 29 and 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price Between 20 and 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price Between 13 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price There are also cancellation fees for domestic flights as per the airline's policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No refunds are available for no-shows. Cancellation fees apply as per our cancellation policy. Refunds for credit card payments are subject to a 6% transaction fee deducted by the bank.
