Domestic Flights in Egypt

Domestic flights in Egypt are operated by several reliable carriers, including EgyptAir, Nile Air, Air Cairo (Egyptian Airlines), and Nesma Airlines. These airlines connect major cities like Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, and Hurghada with frequent and convenient departures. Flights are typically short (1–1.5 hours) and are scheduled to minimize travel time during your tour.

Each ticket includes one checked bag (23kg/50lbs) and one carry-on. We handle all reservations and coordinate airport transfers to ensure a seamless experience.

For larger groups, we primarily use EgyptAir due to their dedicated group booking options and flexible scheduling support.

Booking & Confirmation

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
A detailed itinerary including hotel names, domestic flight schedule, and daily activities will be provided after confirmation.
If included, domestic flight information will be provided nearer to your arrival date.
Domestic flight tickets (e.g., Cairo → Aswan / Luxor → Cairo) are issued closer to your travel date and are included in your final documents.
Please ensure your passport information is accurate and submitted promptly for flight reservations.

Travel & Accessibility

Lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended.
A light jacket is useful in winter months or for early morning tours.
Moderate walking is required at archaeological sites; some paths may include stairs or uneven ground.
Most sites and accommodations accessible, though some locations may have limited accessibility.
While most accommodations and sites are accessible, travelers with mobility concerns should contact us in advance for support.

Accommodation & Meals

Rooms are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers must pay a single supplement.
Triple rooms include an extra foldaway bed suitable for adults or older children.
Children under 12 provided a foldaway bed, children over 12 receive an extra bed (can be a full-sized extra bed or foldaway bed, depends on accommodation provider).
Children under 12 sharing with parents receive a foldaway bed; over 12s receive a full extra bed or may require a separate room depending on the hotel.
f this tour includes a Nile cruise, your itinerary will clearly state the number of hotel nights vs. nights aboard the cruise.
Daily breakfast is included, along with selected lunches and dinners as per your itinerary.

Special diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) might be accommodated with advance notice.

Transportation & Optional Activities

Domestic flights include one checked bag (23kg/50lbs) and one carry-on (8kg/17lbs), excess luggage fees may apply.
Airport and hotel transfers are provided in private air-conditioned vehicles.
Additional excursions (e.g., hot air balloon, Abu Simbel by air) can be pre-booked or added during your tour, subject to availability.

Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation

Prices are quoted in USD per person, based on double occupancy.
Peak season surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, and Easter.
Children under 2: free of charge (sharing bed with parents).
Ages 2–5.99: pay 25% of adult price; Ages 6–11.99: pay 50% when sharing with parents.
Children 12+: pay full adult price and may require their own room or extra bed.
