Please note hotel check-in times typically begin between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.

Booking & Confirmation

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
A detailed itinerary including sightseeing schedule, flight times, hotel names, and transfer information will be provided after confirmation.
Please ensure all traveler names and passport details are accurate when booking.
Flight tickets and hotel reservations are issued closer to your departure date and will be included in your final travel documents.
Any changes to your booking must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team.

Travel & Accessibility

Lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended.
A light jacket is useful during winter months or in the evenings by the sea.
Moderate walking is required during Cairo tours or optional Red Sea excursions.
While most resort facilities and sightseeing areas are accessible, guests with mobility concerns should contact us prior to booking.
We’re happy to assist with tailored arrangements or adjustments based on your accessibility needs.

Flights & Resort Information

Domestic flights between Cairo and the Red Sea (e.g., Hurghada or Sharm El Sheikh) are included as per your itinerary.
Flights are operated by EgyptAir, Nile Air, Air Cairo, or Nesma Airlines, with short durations (approx. 1 hour).
Each passenger is allowed one checked bag (23kg/50lbs) and one carry-on (8kg/17lbs).
Airport meet & assist, and resort transfers are provided for a seamless experience.
Standard hotel check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM; check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Accommodation & Meals

Hotel stays in both Cairo and the Red Sea resort are included, as per your itinerary.
Rooms are based on double or twin occupancy. Single travelers require a supplement.
Triple rooms feature an additional bed suitable for adults or older children.
Children under 12 usually receive a foldaway bed; over 12s receive a full extra bed or their own room, depending on the hotel.
Daily breakfast is included. Select lunches and dinners may also be included depending on your package.
Special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) can be accommodated with advance notice.

Transportation & Optional Activities

All airport and hotel transfers are in private air-conditioned vehicles.
Cairo sightseeing includes a licensed English-speaking Egyptologist guide.
Entrance fees for all listed Cairo sites are included, unless otherwise noted.
Red Sea resort days are at leisure unless optional activities are added.

Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation

Prices are quoted in USD per person based on double occupancy.
Peak season surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, and Easter.
Children under 2: free of charge (no separate seat).
Children 2–5.99: pay 25% of adult price; Children 6–11.99: pay 50% when sharing with parents.
Children 12+: pay full adult rate and may require their own room or arrangements.
