Booking & Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed instantly after booking (unless otherwise stated in the excursion description).
Full itinerary and pickup confirmation will be sent via email prior to the excursion.
Private tour options are available upon request for a more tailored experience.

Travel & Accessibility

Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for uneven terrain at historical sites.
Bring a hat, scarf, sunglasses, and sunscreen for daytime excursions under the sun.
Swimming or snorkelling add-ons require swimwear, a towel, and sun protection.
If you have mobility concerns, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

Pickup & Drop-off

Pickup is available from your Nile Cruise docked in Aswan or Luxor, or from a nearby hotel.
If you’re staying at a hotel before or after your cruise, please provide the name and location in advance.
For port pickups (e.g. shore excursions), specific instructions will be emailed to you.
Please be ready at your pickup point 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Private transportation upgrades are available upon request for added comfort.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years: Free of charge (must sit on parent’s lap).
Children 2–11 years: Pay 50% of the adult rate.
Children 12+ years: Charged at full adult price.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.

Liability & Responsibility

Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
Follow your tour leader or guide’s instructions at all times to ensure a safe experience.
Some excursions may include adventurous activities such as camel riding, quad biking, snorkeling, or desert travel. Participation is at your discretion and risk.
Please keep your personal belongings secure at all times. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour.
Certain tours may be operated by our trusted partners, in which case their terms and policies will apply.
In rare cases, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause itinerary changes. If so, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund where appropriate.
Please be ready at your designated location 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time. If your driver is delayed by more than 10 minutes, contact us via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
