Booking & Confirmation

Confirmation is provided promptly after booking.
A detailed travel portfolio including hotel details, daily schedule, and inclusions will follow shortly after confirmation.
Domestic flights (e.g., Cairo → Aswan / Luxor → Cairo) are fully included and ticketed closer to your departure for flexibility and optimal timing.
Your dedicated travel coordinator will ensure all logistics, reservations, and preferences are handled with care and precision.
Please provide valid passport details as early as possible to ensure seamless flight and hotel arrangements.

Travel & Accessibility

Comfortable resort-style attire, sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended for daytime touring.
A light jacket or wrap is useful for air-conditioned transfers or evening outings during cooler months.
Moderate walking is required at historical sites; private guides adjust pacing to suit your comfort level.
Most luxury hotels and Nile cruises offer accessible facilities; notify us in advance for special arrangements.
Travelers with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact our concierge team to customize their itinerary accordingly.

Accommodation & Meals

Luxury hotels and Nile cruises are selected for their superior service, comfort, and location.
Rooms are based on double occupancy. Solo guests may require a single supplement.
Triple rooms include a high-quality foldaway or extra bed depending on hotel standards.
Children under 12 sharing with parents receive a foldaway or sofa bed; 12+ may require a separate room.
If this tour includes a Nile cruise, your program will clearly outline cruise nights vs. hotel stays.
Daily breakfast is included, with selected lunches and à la carte or set-menu dinners as per your itinerary.
Upgraded meal plans (e.g., half board or full board) are available on request.
Dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.

Transportation & Optional Activities

Included domestic flights offer one checked bag (23kg/50lbs) and one carry-on (8kg/17lbs).
All transfers are conducted in premium, air-conditioned vehicles with a professional driver.
Arrival and departure meet-and-assist services are provided at every airport and cruise terminal.
Optional upgrades such as luxury SUVs, VIP airport lounges, or private aircraft are available upon request.
Additional experiences – hot air balloon rides, Abu Simbel by air, spa treatments – can be added pre-trip or during your stay.

Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation

All prices are in USD per person, based on two adults sharing.
Premium rates apply during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and peak travel seasons.
Infants under 2 travel free (sharing bed with parents).
Children 2–5.99: 25% of adult rate; Ages 6–11.99: 50% (when sharing with parents).
Children 12+ are charged the full adult rate and may require a separate room in luxury hotels.
