Booking & Confirmation

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
A detailed itinerary including sightseeing schedule, meeting points, and transportation details will be provided after confirmation.
Please ensure all traveler names are correct upon booking for entrance tickets and transfer coordination.
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and confirmed by our team.

Travel & Accessibility

Lightweight clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended.
A light jacket is useful in winter months or for early morning tours.
Moderate walking is required at archaeological sites; some paths may include stairs or uneven ground.
While most sites are accessible, travelers with mobility concerns should contact us prior to booking.
We can provide support or adjustments based on accessibility needs with advance notice.

Meals & Customization

Meals are not included unless stated in your selected itinerary.
Optional lunch arrangements can be added upon request.
This land-only tour is ideal for travelers who prefer to arrange their own accommodation and dining.
We can assist in adding hotels or customizing the tour itinerary upon request.
Special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) may be accommodated with advance notice.

Transportation & Optional Activities

All ground transportation is provided in private, air-conditioned vehicles unless otherwise noted.
Your tour includes an English-speaking licensed Egyptologist guide for all scheduled visits.
Entrance fees to all listed sites are included unless specified otherwise.
Optional excursions such as Abu Simbel or Hot Air Balloon rides can be added before or during the tour.

Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation

Prices are quoted in USD per person, based on a minimum of two participants.
Peak season surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays.
Children under 2: free of charge (no separate seat).
Children 2–5.99: pay 25% of adult price; Children 6–11.99: pay 50% when sharing with parents.
Children 12+: pay full adult rate and may require their own seat or arrangements.
