Travel & Accessibility

Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes for historical and city tours.
Desert safaris require lightweight clothing, a scarf for dust protection, and a light jacket for cool evenings.
Snorkeling and beach trips require swimwear, a towel, and sun protection.
Some sites have uneven terrain, so if you have mobility concerns, let us know in advance.

Pickup & Drop-off

Free pickup and drop-off from central hotels in major cities (unless otherwise stated).
If your hotel is outside the designated area, we’ll let you know if extra charges apply.
Be ready at your pickup location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Private transportation upgrades available for a more comfortable experience.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years: Free of charge (must sit on parent’s lap).
Children under 12 years: Pay 50% of the adult rate.
Children 12+ years: Charged at full adult price.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to fees.

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience. If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
For your safety and comfort, please follow the guidance of your tour leader or instructor at all times. While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth and secure experience, we cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Some experiences include adventurous activities, such as quad biking, snorkeling, camel riding, and desert safaris. While these activities are conducted with safety measures in place, participation is at your own discretion.
To ensure a stress-free trip, please keep your personal belongings secure at all times. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour.
Certain excursions may be operated by our trusted partners. In these cases, their terms and liability policies will apply.
We strive to provide timely and seamless services, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural events, or government regulations may lead to last-minute changes. In such cases, we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives or provide a refund (decision is at our discretion).
For pickups, please be ready at your designated location 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. While we aim for punctuality, slight delays may occur due to traffic or operational factors. If your pickup is more than 10 minutes late, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for assistance.
