Booking & Confirmation

Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
A detailed itinerary including hotel details, daily activity plans, and meeting points will be sent after confirmation.
Some short breaks may include optional domestic flights or train travel – these will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Our team ensures your experience is seamless from arrival to departure, whether you’re flying, taking the train, or using private transfers.
For custom timing or arrival coordination, please share your travel plans in advance.

Travel & Accessibility

Wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for the season and itinerary.
A sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are useful for day excursions.
A light jacket is recommended for cooler evenings, especially in winter.
Expect some walking during tours; paved city streets and historical sites may have steps or uneven ground.
Most city hotels and day tour locations are accessible; contact us in advance for special mobility needs.

Accommodation & Meals

Short break packages typically include stays in centrally located 4- or 5-star hotels.
Room configurations are based on double occupancy; solo travellers may require a single supplement.
Triple rooms include an additional bed (foldaway or full-sized, depending on hotel policy).
Daily breakfast is included. Selected lunches or dinners may be provided depending on the package.
Special dietary needs can usually be accommodated with advance notice.
Upgrades to suites or boutique hotels are available on request.

Transportation & Optional Activities

Private airport/train station transfers are included for all short break packages (where applicable).
Some itineraries include domestic flights or first-class rail between cities such as Cairo, Luxor, or Alexandria.
City-based travel is conducted via modern, air-conditioned private vehicles with a dedicated driver or guide.
Optional upgrades to luxury transfers, private airport lounges, or premium rail seating are available.
Additional experiences – such as dinner cruises, museum tickets, or spa treatments – can be added pre-arrival or during your stay.

Pricing, Child Policy & Cancellation

Prices are quoted in USD per person, based on double occupancy.
Short break rates may vary based on season, holidays, and hotel category.
Children under 2: Free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
Children aged 2–5.99: Pay 25% of the adult rate.
Children aged 6–11.99: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing with parents.
Children aged 12+: Charged at the full adult rate; may require a separate room depending on hotel policy.
