Additional Information

Booking & Confirmation

  • Your reservation is confirmed instantly after booking (unless otherwise stated in the service description).
  • Full pickup details sent prior and then driver or transfer representative contact info sent the day before your transfer.
  • Flexible scheduling to match your flight or travel plans.

Luggage Allowance & Vehicle Capacity

  • Standard allowance: One checked bag and one carry-on bag per passenger.
  • Oversized luggage (bikes, surfboards, golf bags, etc.) must be arranged in advance
  • f you need extra space, please let us know when booking.

Pickup & Drop-off Instructions

  • Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. If you have trouble locating your driver, contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
  • If airport meet & greet is included, our airport representative will assist you upon arrival. For international flights to Cairo & Hurghada, the representative will be waiting at the entrance to the immigration hall before passport control. For domestic flights and all flights to Luxor, Aswan, or other airports, the transfer representative will be waiting either inside the arrivals hall or just outside the terminal, as airport permissions vary by location.
  • Be ready at your pickup location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • If your driver is delayed due to traffic, you will be notified in advance.

Child Policy

  • Children under 2 years: Free of charge (must sit on parent’s lap).
  • Children under 12 years: Pay 50% of the adult rate.
  • Children 12+ years: Charged at full adult price.
  • Child safety seats available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to fees.

Liability & Responsibility

  • We strive to provide a smooth and reliable transfer experience. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate flight details, pickup times, and hotel locations at the time of booking. Any missed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete information may not be eligible for refunds.
  • If no meet & greet service is included, the maximum waiting time after arrival is 60 minutes from the time your flight lands. If you are experiencing delays at immigration, baggage claim, or customs, please WhatsApp us immediately to avoid cancellation of your transfer.
  • While we monitor flight schedules, unexpected delays or early arrivals may affect pickup times. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust your transfer accordingly (fee may apply).
  • Luggage is the responsibility of each passenger. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the transfer. Please ensure your belongings are secure before exiting the vehicle.
  • Transfers are subject to traffic conditions, weather disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ensure punctual service, we cannot be held responsible for missed flights or other travel disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
  • If the transfer is operated by a trusted third-party provider, their terms and liability policies may apply.
  • Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase (up to 23kg/50lbs) and one carry-on (up to 8kg/17lbs). If you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or additional bags, please inform us in advance to ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged. Extra charges may apply for additional luggage.
